solicter not refunding fee

Hello everyone,

We applied flrfp as family of four on basis of 7years child,
ftt allowed our appeal.
i checked with court they refund my fee.But asit was paid by solicter they refunded in to their account and now he is refusing to give me orignal decision letter and fee. Please advise what can i do now.

and as we applied me my wife and son be solictor charged me fee £140 for my 18 month daughter as well but court said they received £420 and they already refunded it .Please advise.
