ILR following 5 years in UK

Post by MAH1992 » Thu Jul 25, 2019 2:15 pm

Hi all - apologies if I've posted this in the wrong area.

My wife has recently been granted with further leave to remain (expiring in January 2022) & I'm now thinkig towards what's needed to apply for indefinite leave to remain (I'm probably thinking too early).

Has anyone successfully been through the ILR process recently (within the last 6 months) and can advise what the requirements are?

Thanks

Please continue in your existing topic you already have where you have been given lots of advice already.

When you are ready to apply for ILR in September/November or December 2021, you will need to check what the requirements and rules are then as they might change.

Many have been through the process and the guidance notes and rules are quite clear on what is required.
