I’m British, Can I get a uk Visitors Visa for my son (3 mouths old ) into the uk so I can apply for a British passport? He currently lives in Belarus I just need the quickest possible way to get my son home.

Unlikely as if you are British born then your child is British by descent. British citizens cannot be issued with time limiting visas as they are not subject to immigration control.

What visa does the other parent hold?

You could apply for a Belarus passport and certificate if entitlement to right if abode.

You are unable to apply for a visitor visa for your son if he is a British citizen. Wait for others to advise on applying for a Right of Abode, which may be quicker than waiting for his British passport outside of the UK. In order for this to work however, he will first need to hold a passport from his country of birth.

Yes he has a Belarusian passport. So how would I go about right of abode?
My wife hold Leave to Remain Visa.
