Dear Ali555
congratulations to you.
I Have a question regarding my case because somebody told me that I am not eligible for any kind
of visa related my TOEIC case because I have no any private life and family life in the UK. So what is your point of view regarding this and please explain me more as you told me I will receive limited leave to remain in the UK.
I haven't received written decision from court.
Many Thanks

Dear Ali66
I have received a written judgment regarding my case from the court. The outcome of that case had written the following statement “I ALLOW THIS APPEAL UNDER ARTICLE 8 OF THE ECHR”. I received this letter on the 30th July 2019.
I would just like to inquire what period of length will my visa from the home office. Another question I wanted to ask is what are the chances that they will appeal against my case within the 14 day period as stated on the letter.
Many thanks

Dear Geeta G
thank you for your mag
you will get 2.5 years visa.
and i now a days HO does not apeal in TOEIC casses. same in my case they havent apeal yet evean after 24 days. i think they will not apeal in your case as well. but in some cases they do apeal as well. about in 10% cases they do apeal.
after 14 day call the tribunal and asked them if they said HO havent apeal, then ask your solicitor to write a letter to HO to implement the court decesion.
let me know if you have any other question.

I am new to this website need some help. I won my ILR /toiec appeal in first tier 4 weeks ago but got the judges decision 2 weeks ago now got a letter from tribunal services saying that home office applied for permission to appeal to upper tribunal. What do u think coz in most cases the first tier tribunal doesn't allow them to appeal. What's ur opinion.

dear William
thank you for your msg
if the FTT refuses permision to apeal, thn the HO will go direct to UT for permision and they will accep it bcoz HO will must have some strong arguments if they go for apeal.
but be strong and dont give up, now you are in a possitive situation and in most cases UT uphold the FTT decesions. I m sure you will win in UT as well.

Dear Geeta
I m mostly the FTT refuses the permistion. but thn HO will go to UT for permision where mostly the get. but in most casses UT uphold the FFT decisions in toeic cases. and i am sure you will win there as well.
permision normally takes 2 to 3 months.
thank you

Thank u vhaiya.
Mine was invalid. Home office asked me to submit my human rights papers. Then after few weeks got a letter from home office that they want me to submit relevant English test certificate to reconsider my application. I did submit my b1 certificate from trinity college on 30 july. On 5th august morning i got an email from home office to top up my health surcharge in the link given in email. which i did within an hour. Money was deducted from my account on 7th aug.on 10th morning my solicitor received a letter saying my application for tier 1 leave to remain is approved. Nd yeasterday received all passport nd brp including my dependants.
Thanx brother

When i applied for tier1 c1 was required. But later they down it to b1 i believe . Now a days they don't have tier 1 entre or grad entre category anymore. Nd when they send the letter to submit relevant English certificate they didn't mention which level i need to submit so i just went for b1 cos it took 7 days to get the certificate. Nd b2 take 21 days. Moreover all they need to know if we can really speak english or not. In sha Allah u will get good result very soon. All the best.

Dear Geeta
you dont need to do anything at this stage. Just wait, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
withen 6 weeks you will get another letter from court that permission is refused or allowed.
when you will get that letter pls let me know.
thank you
