Travelling out of UK with 3 months left on my Tier2 - ICT visa.

Hi,

Thanks in advance for your reply.

I have 3 months left on my current Tier2-ICT visa.

Is that valid to travel at this time and file for COS + extension post returning back to UK.

Likewise will there be any questions at the port of entry?

Please suggest.

You are free to travel and return as long as you have a valid visa.
