Accomodation Proof

Hello Everyone,

i need an advice urgently on the accommodation proof to submit for settlement visa:

My husband is currently leaving in a shared accommodation. he was unable to get property inspection report as it was crowded and landlord was objecting to give a letter. We decided to rent a house privately and the agreement starts from Aug 13th 2019. i am submitting my application on Aug 5th 2019. Now i can only submit rental agreement, letter from the landlord that he has no objection for his spouse to stay. is these documents are sufficient ? we are unable to provide utility bill or council tax bill with the new address as we are going to shift in coming week.

ECO will be ok with this ?

Yes. The documents you have at present will be sufficient.

Better decision. Council tax is optional. If you wishes then can add your deposit protection letter which you can download from here (optional). It will show your new address.
