ILR advice required from Manchester

Greetings

I would like to take advice on ILR. I am completing my 5 years in August on Tier 2 visa with the same company. I and my 3 dependants are applying for ILR. I am on 1139 SOC and work for a charity organisation. I joined as Funding Manager in 2014 and promoted to Head of Funding in Feb 2019 with salary raise. My HR department informed UKBA about this promotion via sms. I again got raise in salary w.e.f August and informing UKBA via sms. Will there be any problem if I get twice raise in 5 months. SOC is the same which is 1139 and this code is for managers and directors in the charity and I believe no labor market test is required in my case. Please advice
