DX courier issue (BRP)

Hello, I have some queries which are mentioned below, request in the forum if anyone can help me on this regards:
1) It says from the DX courier delivered and signed and it is been more than 10 days after decision letter, I haven’t received the BRP card yet

2) is it compulsory for the receiver to sign and collect the document? As I haven’t signed the document? If yes then how will they deliver the card without me signing it?

3) I have emailed the DX courier team they said it has been delivered and signed and asked me to check with home office which is no help.


Please advise how to get this sorted and find out my brp card. It would be great help

Hello, I did check that they have suggested me to check with home office and ask for details as in who has collected as they have all the details ... but they cannot issue the card without the my signature right?
