Child Vouchers

Post by Ola2020 » Mon Aug 05, 2019 9:53 pm

Hello all, I’d appreciate your assistance with this please. I recently brought my wife and 19 month old daughter to the U.K. on a spouse visa. I’m currently on Indefinite leave to remain and my little daughter is about to start nursery. I just wanted to know if she’s entitle to claim the 15 hour worth of free voucher per week considering I’m the only person in the family with a settled status. I understand they both have no recourse to public fund on their visas, but just want to be sure if the voucher is also consider as public fund. Thank you.

Thanks for your response Seagul. Apologies, i actually meant Tax Free Childcare. As am the only one with ILR, just wanted to know if my daughter is entitle to Tax Free Childcare.

I'd appreciate your thought on this.

Thank you.

Your nationality
You will not be eligible if you’re from outside the EEA and your UK residence card says you cannot access public funds.

Your partner can apply instead if they’re from:
