tier 1 -ILR 10 years route applying before 10 years completing

HI All,

I have a serious concerns here and want to raise it and ask with my senior fellows Zimba and all .

I am completing my 10 years on 9 oct 2020 and i have a visa till Aug 7 2020 i am lacking 60 days so can i apply before if yes than will it will be considerable application for 10 yeas long residency route ? Please help as some are saying i am lacking 60 days .

You can submit a SET(LR) application no earlier than 28 days before completing 10 years of lawful residence in the UK.

Under which category is your current visa

Moderator Casa was referring specifically to the 10 year ilr question and response in your previous topic. Nothing has changed and the advice remains the same.

One more thing if the visa is expiring on 2020 Aug and You have 10 years completing in OCT how will I apply for 10 years application before oct 2020?

You can apply any time from 28 days before you complete 10 years.

but My wife lives in the UK and She holds the visa she will apply for her visa as well next year extension but if she gets refused, what are an option? Can I extend her visa?

This is not clear.
You mean your wife is on her own visa ? Once you are married or if you have been living together, she can apply as your dependant if her own visa extension/ILR is not succesful.
