Hi,

Can anyone please help!
I change the date of my husbands ILR expiry date, would the home office not consider that as incorrect information. I am happy to pay £2200 and will I get refund of £1000 once the visa is granted for 3 years?
Please help only few days left for me to apply.

NO. Ho is fully aware of the glitch in the system. Many have done the same and had visas approved.

Thanks a ton, will apply changing the dates, just as a side note spoke to HO and they suggested to request 3 years visa while applying.I cannot see any such option on the form. Am I correct ?
Can I please request link to the form for my peace of mind.

You select the 'up to 3 years' option. This will give the cheaper visa fee and that is how you know it is correct, otherwise the fee is double.

You only get a 3 year extension anyway, regardless of what you put or how much IHS you pay.
