Update visa application papers?

Post by lainybug » Sat Aug 17, 2019 11:49 am

Hi All,

Quick question please...

So, my friend applied for a fiance visa a few weeks ago. They submitted evidence of their wedding date and venue booking, but it's now getting close to the wedding date and they've not had any news about the visa. So they have decided to move the date of the wedding and rebooked with the registry office and venue.

Do you think it would be a good idea for them to send the updated documents to the Sheffield office? She's worried that they will decline the visa if they see she's missed the original wedding date.

Thanks!

Preferably wait until if they asks that because anything dated after the date of application is not considered.
