Tier 2 ICT

Good afternoon

I have question regarding ICT Tier 2. I work in a company which is a fully owned subsidiary of the parent company. The company wants me to go to the parent UK based company. Does the ICT way applicable if I have go for two years to Uk ?

The name of the two companies is different but I can provide documentation that they are subsidiary..parent...

Please could you advise.
