Incorrect IHS fees

Post by Drdelacruziii » Mon Aug 26, 2019 10:49 am

Dear All,

I have applied for visa extension for my partner and son. I have recently ILR granted and as part of application I have included this details in my application. I am just applied for a 3 years extension. However, the IHS fees seems computed from the expiration of my ILR amounting £2200 each instead of £1200.

Trying to amend the details but it won’t let me, looks like I have to restart filling the application again. Do I need to put my old tier 2 general BRP details instead rather than my ILR-BRP?

I Look forward for any advice.

Many thanks,

You need to out your ilr expiry date 3 years from now, ie X August 2022 to get the correct IHS fee.
