FLR(M) - applying for wife and kid

Hi Guys

Thanks for your time looking into my request.

I am applying for visa extension for my wife and daughter using FLR(M) online.

Do I have to do two separate FLR(M) application online or can I do one FLR(M) online application for wife and kid(4 years old) together?

One form, spouse as main applicant and child as dependent.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
