Dear Members,

Can u pls guide me what the earliest date for me to apply ILR (LR). I first entered in the UK on 19.10.2009. Since than all my leaves were on time and I was not out of country for more than 180 days.

My current grant is 10 year partner route which valid until Deccember 2021.

Can I able to apply 28 days before my qualifying period??

No sooner than within 28 days before 19th October.

Can u pls help me out to calculate the date which i suppose to apply. If u dont mind.

Can I apply anytime after 23rd September? 28 days are working days or including sat & sun.

It is just 28 days, it also doesn't have to be on exactly the 28th day either. It is anytime WITHIN 28 days before the 10th anniversary of entering the UK.

The earliest you can apply is 21.09.2019
