So my 10 year long residence period is coming closer. However I am a bit confused of how things are going to work out as my only concern is my daughter. She will be turning 18 years old on 10 October 2020 and on the 9th of October 2020 I will be able to apply for ILR as 28 days prior to so my concern is that should I apply for ILR for my daughter and go to same day service so that I get the decision quickly on that same day and she wont have to do her Life in the UK and also any sort of English requirement test. Or am i thinking it differently because will she have to provide the life in the UK and the English requirement test when applying for citizenship so naturalisation after being granted ILR. So how will it work like because she will surely turn 18 when applying for naturalisation but technically if she gets granted ILR on 9 October 2020 on same day which is one day before her birthday I think she wont need to provide her Life in the UK or English requirement test for when applying naturalisation or does she have to do it. Thanks for reading and sorry for long para but do need reliable answers.

How long has she been in the UK?
What is the immigration status and history of the other parent?

My daughter will complete her 9th year in October so we all have stayed nearly 9 years in this country and will now wait to apply for ILR in October next year so in 2020. For immigration history well Myself, my wife, my daughter and my son have been accepted on the 7 year based rule and have been granted leave to remain so 30 month visa and we were given this decision in October 2018 after the court hearing. So yes now going back to the question is it possible for her to apply for ILR same day decision just before she turn 18 so that she doesn't have to do Life in the UK or English Requirement test because she did hers GCSES this year and got 8 so A in English. Thanks

It is unclear from any of your posts what your and your family's full UK immigration history is?
Simply referring to the 7 year child rule doesn't give us any clue about the 10 year visas that has been held to qualify for long residence ilr.
Children under 18 do not require the English and liuk tests.

Yes that what I wanted to know as you have said that under 18 are not allowed but when we will apply for Naturalisation then she would have turned 18 so does that mean that then she will have to provide the Life in the UK and English requirement or she does not have to because when she applied for ILR she was under 18.

Citizenship is completely separate and independent requirements to ilr. Regardless of how old she was when she got ilr, if she is over 18 when she qualifies for citizenship, she needs English B1 and LIUK.
Not sure why you keep ignoring my question on your and your dependents immigration history and what visas you held before the FLR fp was franted.

I am not ignoring it I think I already told you but anyways so we came to UK on student visa in 2010 November then we kept on getting extension and changed categories and this was when my children were under 18. Recently last year we applied for 7 year rule (FLR FP) and we were granted the visa to stay for another 30 months. And finally we are now going to qualify for ILR in November 2020 but as we can apply 28 days before so October 2020. I mean that all what you were asking I guess so I hope I answered your question.
