bro i haven't received any thing from HO.
its almost 7 weeks now, some1 told me that in toeic cases HO takes minimum 6 months to send brp, in one case the sent brp after 11 months of court decision.

i dont know how long it will in my case. please pray for me bro.

That's not true the maximum time is 6 months for indefinite leave. The limited leave they issue very quick read the messages from a member on this forum called Hoss. He got it very quick

Mine was invalid. Home office asked me to submit my human rights papers. Then after few weeks got a letter from home office that they want me to submit relevant English test certificate to reconsider my application. I did submit my b1 certificate from trinity college on 30 july. On 5th august morning i got an email from home office to top up my health surcharge in the link given in email. which i did within an hour. Money was deducted from my account on 7th aug.on 10th morning my solicitor received a letter saying my application for tier 1 leave to remain is approved. Nd yeasterday received all passport nd brp including my dependants.

You have to submit all the things which HO asked, there is a chance that you will get 30 months visa, otherwise if they refused you then they must give you a right of appeal at FTT to clear your toeic.

I was wondering as another member discussed his case he was in a similar position to me ...he got extension after flrfp application...than I should be getting ILR as I applied for ILR not an extension.

It actually depends on ho which visa they will give u. I submitted human rights application with all my relevant documents. Later they asked b1 certificate which i submit nd next week they asked nhs fee from me. Nd on same week they issue me visa tier 1 extension for 2 years. Send my brp nd all documents back next week. As my 10 years was already completed i applied for ILR last week on priority service. I got my brp for ilr after 2 days but they send me the confirmation email on same day.
And as the admin told members are not allowed to give personal information. If u need to know moredetail u can ask here in forum. I will be happy to answer.

Later on the basis of hossain n khan case they asked me to submit my human rights papers nd sign the consent order. I didnt had to pay any application fee for that. As i mentioned in my previous posts that i won my FTT appeal in mid july 19 now i received a letter from HO in wich HO asked me to do my biometrics in croydon.
my question is that why HO asked me again for biometrics as i gave it in 2016 when i apploed for flrfp.
why HO asked me to come to lunar house croydon because evry time i went to local post office.

is it normal?

From last year ho has withdrawn all biometric booth from the post office. Now they have only specific center to give biometric. Nd as u r saying that they asked you to give biometric again. I assume its normal. So dont worry brother.

I would like to ask its been more then 6 weeks know i haven't heard anything regarding my case which was related to home office did appeal with in 14days after FTT decision. so how long should I need to be wait any update from court. I did call at court for find out what going on but they said that no any update after home office did appeal. On the other hand my solicitor wrote them letter yesterday. so I don't know what should I can do after all this.

thank you for your msg nd you cant do anything at this stage except wait. brcause your case is now pending in court, not at home office. You cannot push the tribunal as they have their own procedure, may be the tribunal have lot of cases or most likely judges are on holidays.
i will advice you to wait and pray. just call the tribnal regularly and they will give you the updates.
