Spouse visa

Post by Saud1 » Sun Sep 15, 2019 11:32 pm

Dear Experts,
Asking for a friend:
So, here is the situation.
Husband (Pakistani)got ILR this year and got married in Pakistan last month in Pakistan to someone who resides is Saudi Arabia. She’s filling her application form via VFS in Saudia. Questions are.
Can she submit the supporting documents (scanned services offered by VFS who are charging some fee) OR the husband should submit the documents in UK?
Cause as per VFS website there are few places to submit the documents. I remember in my case this year in March, I submitted the supporting documents to Sheffield office.
Please guide what’s the correct way of submitting the documents in their case.
Many thanks
Saud

It can be both, tell them to choose the one that is most convenient for them. There are four ways to submit the documents:
1. Self scan
2. Applicant takes documents for scan at VFS centre
3. Sponsor or representative takes documents for scan in a number of UK offices
4. Documents sent to Birmingham address for scan

Is she reapplying after refusal?
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
