Covert Tier 2 ICT visas to student tier 4 dependent visa

Hi All,
Please need some help regarding converting ICT visa to student dependent visa. If a tier 2 main applicant convert to tier 4 dependent within Uk or does he need to travel back to home country to apply tier 4 dependent visa?

This is my 1st account to open in immigration board.

Two users with identical way of setting up an email account containing letters . (dot) a couple of letters and then the same specific identical numbers in the exact same place and almost identical numbers used in the username too and both posting from the same static IP address and both users asking questions about ICT to Tier 4 dependent!!
