Paid leave on tier 2 general visa

Post by rabalondon » Tue Sep 17, 2019 3:16 pm

Hi all,

I am on tier 2 general visa and am about to take one month paid leave. Can you please advise if this should be okay?

Would it also be okay when I apply for ILR after 2 years when I finish my 5 years in UK and it would show in my P60?

Thanks in advance!! ☺️☺️☺️

Is this question related to your other topic where I have already advised there is no issue with an employment gap??

No, I am continuing with the employment now and not leaving the job. Just taking some time off though if that makes sense.
