Dear all of my friends, I am new here. Few days I have attended home office toeic interview. After that i got 60days letter for future any application. I have applied for ILR 10 years route. Anybody can give any idea, home office can make any problem? I never use toeic paper for home office and Uni.

No this 60 days letter send for another tier 4 application or any other application . Today i got a letter for HO. They said that they will take more 90days for ILR application decision.

I had my hearing on 27/08 and recieved last week the decision from the FTT and they allowed my appeal , what are the chances the HO will appeal the FTT decison to the UT i was granted my appeal based on human rights and they allowed the home office 14 days if they want to appeal the ut especialy their only evidence the look up tool was in mess and the judge wrote in his decision he was really concerend from the integrity of their look up tool.

Also in case the HO didn't appeal does the court allow them certain time to grant the visa and implment the decision or they can drag this on for months and years ?

Dear Peter.

Bro just count the days when the 14 days are completed and you dont get a letter from the tribunal. That means you are fine normally with toiec cases they are very quick they normally issue visa with in 4 weeks.

Dear geeta I asked my barrister he said the deadline for the tribunal to reply is 18 weeks but they will reply with in 8 weeks hopefully they will reply will keep u updated.

I have received letter from court this morning , unfortunately the tribunal has granted permission to the home office to appeal the judge's decision.

now what should I need to do ?
what will be next ?
after how long I can new hearing date?

Dear geeta i am sorry to hear but dont worry, now you should hire a goof barrister for UT. according ti my experience your hearing at UT will come withen 3 to 6 months.

Thank you for your reply.
Can I ask which application you applied before flrfp was it an extension of tier 1.
I applied for ILR under tier 1 entrepreneur accelerated route and refused on Toeic.
After singing consent order I submitted my representation of flrfp to HO with fee waiver facitlity.
I did my MSc from Uk May be that’s y they never asked me for an updated English test.
Did HO asked you to sign HR declaration form.
4 days back I sent my biometrics to HO.
What do you think am I ending up with appeal or 30 months visa?

Ho refuse my tier1(entrepreneur) extension for toeic. Then i submit my jr which they didn't give permission for jr. Later on the basis of hossain n khan case they asked me to submit my human rights papers nd sign the consent order. I didnt had to pay any application fee for that. Nyway after i had submit my application 2 weeks later they send a letter to submit a relevant English certificate . I submit b1 from trinity college. After that i told u that they took nsh fee nd same week got result. I gave my biometric on 2016 . So no biometric gave in recent time. If ur human rights papers r strong then i beleive they might give u visa straight away.

As i mentioned in my previous posts that i won my FTT appeal in mid july 19 now i received a letter from HO in wich HO asked me to do my biometrics in croydon.
my question is that why HO asked me again for biometrics as i gave it in 2016 when i apploed for flrfp.
why HO asked me to come to lunar house croydon because evry time i went to local post office.

is it normal?

From last year ho has withdrawn all biometric booth from the post office. Now they have only specific center to give biometric. Nd as u r saying that they asked you to give biometric again. I assume its normal. So dont worry brother.

thank you so much for your message.
my court decision came at mid of july, HO asked me for biomatrics which i gave last week, although i gave my biomatrics in 2017 when i sent my application but ho asked me again. now still waiting for brp. As i get my bep i will update you.
HO didn't appeal on court decision.
yes my appeal was allowed on both human rights and i didn't used toeic deception.

did ho appeal on your court decision as i think your 14 days has been finished?

dear dhaka , your ILR will br granted as home office offered to do so. Didn't you use TOEIC to any applications ?Where was your case before getting Interview letter ??

Dear Guys, I applied my Human Rights ground four months ago after getting sealed order from Court of appeal. I requested MP to get update.Last week Home office called me and told why did not you apply for HR grounds despite getting Sealed order? I said "I have done 4 months ago and i have proof". They asked my solicitors details and contacted them promptly, Case worker requested to send my grounds & my 4 yrs daughter Birth certificate again directly to her mailbox.Its been 10 days i have not heard anything.Have you faced anything similar? Please advise , I have been suffering.

My Solicitor called the tribunal now and they said the HO didn't apply for an appeal application their deadline with the 14 days was on 25/09.
They told me to wait for 1 month if no update they will chase the HO.
Do you know how long it usually take in ETS successful cases till the HO implement the decision ?
Update us also with your case when there is news.
