Fee & IHS refund query

HI, I am not sure if this is the right category to ask but please forgive me if i am incorrect.

I desperately need advice how to get fee & IHS refund after multiple varying my application till get the ILR

1. In Sep 18 I applied Tier 1 ent. ILR for me and my wife & I paid £4778
2. april2019 varied on my applications to FLRFP paid application fee £2104.40 + IHS £2000
3. got refund of £1052.20
4. After 1 week wife varied for FLRFP and paid £1052.20 + IHS £1000
5. wife varied for SET LR paid £2408.2 with super priority £800 extra (Got ILR )
6. i varied for SET LR paid £2408.20 with super priority £800 Extra (Got ILR)
7. withdrawn son's application as well..

I am expecting a refund of £9882.4 or something.

kindly some help me how to get in touch with UKBA for refund, i have been looking on internet about contact number but can't find it..

sorry to be the bearer of bad news but i think IHS refunds are not issued if you move your category to permanent residence.

As per UK gov website:

You will not get a refund if:
- you’re applying for indefinite leave to remain or changing to another visa where you do not need to pay the IHS

The user has VARIED his pending application to ILR so in that case as the limited leave to remain application was not processed due to varying to ILR LR, IHS is usually refunded.

Just to update I have got IHS Refund by calling ‭0300 123 2241‬, they only process IHS through this number. Regarding application refund I have been advised to contact the person who granted ILR, details can be found on the letter received with biometric, I have got his email so going to email him directly about application refunds and let’s see.
