Hi, I was given BRP in the year 2012 and its valid till 2022.
But left UK in the year 2014 and returned back under Visitor Visa in the year 2018-april and left to india again in may 2018(not aware of returning resident)
now will I be able to apply for returning resident visa using my previous ILR-BRP for permanent settlement
Please Help!!!

My understanding is that by applying for a visitor visa, you have effectively cancelled your ilr status.
