IHS and passport validation

After visa application overturned last week the request for IHS payment was made. The link was fine and done successfully.
Now they ask to take passport and email proving evidence of IHS payment to visa centre where application was made. Is this Thailand or Sheffield. The first application was made in Thailand but the appeal was done from U.K! Really confused, it’s taken so long to get to this point, don’t want to mess up and it take even longer to go through.
