Tier 2 children dependent visa

Pls who has ever been obtained tier 2 UK visa for dependent children, exclude of the spouse under the clause of "serious/compelling family considerations " I'm in a precarious situation and this is the exempt situation i might qualify for to obtain visa for my dependent children as
I am neither divorced nor have sole responsibility

I can't find any similar experiences

Only refusals unfortunately.

If you do not have sole responsibility and evidence to prove this and your spouse is not applying for a visa at the same time as the children, unlikely the children will get a visa. The rules are very clear on this.

What do you believe are you 'serious and compelling family considerations'??
