Can employee pay for COS?? or it has to be paid by employer??

Tier 2 employees do not pay for a cos. If you are charged a fee and various other things once you have a visa it is usually an umbrella company where you have to find your own contracts. This would be illegal on tier 2.

However, you appear to have ilr based on your previous posts so what is the relevance of this question?

basically Immigration officer asked my boss ‘who paid for COS?’ He answered ‘Company paid for COS’. They asked me same question, but instead of COS, I heard Car. So I answered, I pay for my cars. Actually company paid for COS. It was my mistake n I gave wrong answer. Now I am bit worried that I will be in trouble. We have proof as well. That money gone from company’s bank account.
