Visit visa sponsor while on Universal Credit

Post by Mohammad Alam » Tue Sep 24, 2019 1:06 pm

Hi I am British citizen lives with my two British son and wife. My wife is on Flr M visa now. I have salary £28000 yearly. I also claim Universal Credit as my wife is not working now. I wanted to sponsor my parents to visit us. Is there any unseen problem or am I allowed to sponsor them for their visit. My parents are depending on me and they are very old. They don't have any income. I do support them financially sending regular money. My question is If I sponsor for their visit will it be refused because of my Universal credit? Please someone share their views regarding this.
Thanks in Advance.

My Dear UC will not be any issue but as they are old.depends on you financially so sory to say visit visa is very hard for them.
but there are other valid ways that you can call them permanently rather than visit which is on very low chance.
its a sincere advice based on my knowledge & experiences

If these benefits are deriving because of British children then it may not affect much otherwise unless your parents have handsome amount of savings and regular income with relevant paper (not sudden rise of balance in account) at back home then the chances of success will be very low.
