T2 ICT to T2General switching from home country

Im currently in T2 ICT and my spouse will be switching to T2 General in next month.
When applying from home country for the T2 General main applicant, can i submit my T2 General dependent application for switching as well? or should this be done only in country? Many Thanks in Advance

If you are applying within the UK, you should apply once your spouse has returned with a Tier 2 General visa. You cannot 'apply from abroad' if you are in the UK.

Sorry for the confusion. We are actually going for a vacation to home country and planned to apply for both from india. Can I apply for tier 2 general dependent from india when holding a tier 2 ICT?

Yes, no reason why you can't. Your ICT will be cancelled if your dependent visa is issued.
