ILR AFTER Discretionary LeavE

I applied for ILR IN 2018 AFTER TWO DISCREATIONARY LEAVE REMAIN (3YRS)2011
I GOT REFUSED (ILR)DUE TO NOT PROVIDING ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO MY CASE
I APPEALED AND THE judge ruled in my favour and stated tht I shd be given my ILR
TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED MY DECISON FROM HO ,AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME 30 MONTHS EVEN THOUGH THE COURTS RULED I SHD GET MY ILR
I GOT MY FIRST DISCREATIONARY LEAVE IN 2011 BEFORE THEY CHANGED IN 2012
PLEASE HELP ADMIN,IS THE DECISION CORRECT

Are you sure the court did not state HO must reconsider the case?

Or did they and any letter specifically state that HO must give you ILR?

What are the reasons ILR was refused?

Also please do not post in CAPITALS, it is difficult to read and the same as SHOUTING!!
