ILR Query SOL Query

Hi All,

Please tell me I was issued Tier 2 in 2018 with Job code 2135 IT Business Analyst recently 2019 my job code is in Shortage occupation List , when i apply for ILR will i get exempt from salary in 2023 ?

Time i got Tier 2 General my Job code was not in SOL but not i job code in SOL 2019 , i am going to apply ILR in 2023 .

No one can tell you what the rule or SOL's will be in 2023. The rules/requirements do change.
