Spouse Visa UK - Divorce Question

Post by sania_10 » Wed Oct 09, 2019 11:28 pm

Hello,

I hope someone will be able to assist me with my query.

I am a UK citizen - born and raised in England. I have married a man who is a UAE resident and Pakistani citizen, who has been divorced 2 times and has 3 children from previous marriages. I am also divorced with no children.

My question is how we can ensure that we can prove to the Home Office that we are in a genuine marriage and that our marriage will be successful? His first marriage was arranged and second marriage was on the advice of the elders that he will find companionship. This has been mentioned in his supporting letter. I have included photographs, tickets, we worked in the same company but different office so a letter from HR, chats, video call screenshots, a picture of his engraved iPad with our names, parcel receipts. Anything else?

Thanks so much.

First & foremost is by attaching the official divorce certificate.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Yes seagul apologies I forgot to mention that have included these too. They have been attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan.
