Tier 2 PBS Dependent extension when main applicant is on ILR

Hi,

I am applying for an extension as a PBS Dependant and have few queries, greatly appreciate your help on this please. I came to UK as a PBS Dependent as my partner was still on Tier 2 General shortage occupation list. My partner is now granted ILR and has switched job recently but his job is still under shortage occupation list.

Please help me with these questions:
1) Is Mr xxx work in a shortage occupation? (Does shortage occupation list also covers people in ILR)
2) What is the length of Mr xxx Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)? (There is no CoS)

No it does not.

You need to state the LAST CoS he had.
