Hi i pray someone here can give me advise . My partner of 7 years from Pakistan has overstayed bern here 19 years due to lack of funds , ill advised scam solistors etc was not able to pursue his status.

We bern together 7 years married 2 yesrs sho muskim ceremony. No kids but his step father to my kids 16 and 15.
He has been here 19 years, and if he went back to Pakistan it would be alien to him no famiky no freinfs nothing jo job.
I went sick recently having treatment not able to work on disability and he is my carer.

I realky advise how to sort this the solicitors just take 100£ give rubbish advise greedy not helpful.

I am uk born and a british citizen.

Please i desperately need help as the stress tension causes ky depression and its very hard for my partner also. Would welcome advise.

Muslim ceremony (if conducted in UK) means that you are not married for immigration purposes and also if you have no child then he has to return back home where you both can marry then apply spouse visa. Or maybe if he can wait 1 more year then he might get some leave under 20 years of long residence route
