Hello
Here is my immigration history:
2012 August - 2014 April : Tier4 General
2014 April - 2017 May : Tier2 General
Applied for extension of Tier2 following this.
Initially received permit from 2017 May - 2020 May.However, got curtailment letter in May 2018 due to sponsor license issue, so switched sponsor and again applied for Tier2 General extension , got this approved from July 2018- June 2021.
Again switched from Tier2 General to FLR(M) Spouse Visa in October 2018, as my husband received ILR. My present Spouse Visa validity from October 2018 - April 2021.
I've been out of country twice so far during below period:
March 2013-April 2013 : for 28 days
July 2017 - August 2017 : for 28 days
I would like to again travel out of country now in Jan 2020 for few months, so have below 3 queries.
Query-1 : I'm due for Spouse Visa extension in April 2021. How many days maximum can I now go out of country in 2020 , so it wouldn't effect while I will be applying for Spouse Visa extension in April 2021 again.
Query-2: As I've entered UK in August 2012, I will be eligible for ILR under 10 years continuous residence route in August 2022. So, how many days can I go out of country now so that it wouldn't effect my ILR in future in this 10 years route.
Query- 3: Incase I dont apply for ILR through 10 years route in 2022 for some reason or if this route gets removed in future, I will have the opportunity and be eligible to apply for ILR in 2023 August through 5 year Spouse route. So, how many days maximum can I go out of country now so that it wouldn't effect if i apply for ILR in this 5 year Spouse route.
Can someone please answer these 3 queries as I'm looking to book my travel tickets ASAP.
Many thanks in advance!
