CoS expiry and travel vignette

Hi,
I am planning to move to UK. The entry clearance is in between 23/11/2019-24/12/2019 which is as per vignette. Though my Certificate of Sponsorship will expire by 21-12-2019.

1) Do I need to travel before the expiry of CoS or the vignette?
2) If I want to extend the travel date should I need to apply the entire visa process again or just vignette?

1. Visa vignette.

2. If you don't travel within the 30 days, you have to apply for a new 30 day visa vignette, costs around £200.
