That is better option. Following evidences will be needed:goosetav wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2019 1:47 pm
Living with friend – Some friends in London own a house, have a spare room and say they’d potentially be willing to help out, provided we pay them £££ for rent. What kind of documents/evidence would we need to supply and will I need to be living here at the time of the application?
goosetav wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 4:44 pmThanks for the advice seagul, appreciate it! Unfortunately the so-called 'friends' (I jest) have since confirmed they would be unable to help anymore so we're now looking for a new place to move in that would be HO acceptable and through a friend of a friend it seems like we might have found a room in a 2 bedroom flat with one other flatmate. So with that in mind can i get confirmation that we'd just need the following?
- HOC letter from the landlord
- tenancy agreement
- property inspection report
Unless there is anything else?
Above accommodation arrangement and documents will only work if issued by the property landlord/estate agent instead by the lead tenant (flatmate).goosetav wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 4:44 pmso we're now looking for a new place to move in that would be HO acceptable and through a friend of a friend it seems like we might have found a room in a 2 bedroom flat with one other flatmate. They will be issued by the property landlord, we made sure of this when viewing the house first time round.seagul wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 7:21 pmAbove accommodation arrangement and documents will only work if issued by the property landlord/estate agent instead by the lead tenant (flatmate).goosetav wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 4:44 pmso we're now looking for a new place to move in that would be HO acceptable and through a friend of a friend it seems like we might have found a room in a 2 bedroom flat with one other flatmate.
