Born abroad child- citizenship

Post by pink_orange » Sat Nov 02, 2019 5:08 pm

Hi
Both I and my wife have ILR. Our 4-year-old child who was born abroad is still on her dependant visa which is valid until 2021. We both qualify to apply for citizenship next year- can we include her in either one of our application?
thanks

Children born abroad are expected to hold ILR, ie be free from immigration time restrictions.

Thank you for your reply.
So we cannot apply with form MN1 without ILR?
How long will she need to wait to get citizenship, if she gets ILR.

thank you so much for your help
