Refree Signed Document not Submitted with Naturalisation at appointment

Hi Everyone

My Partner submitted her application last month via VFS appointment so far have not heared anything.

Yesterday i was going through the documents and realised VFS has not taken the original signed reference document, although it was sacnned online and sbmitted with application online.

Has anyone experienced same issue and what would you advise.

Should i wait for them to request or sent then by post before they ask.

I am not sure if they are supposed to just check at desk.

Can they return or refuse the application?

I would reallu appreiciate you input on this matter. Thanks in advance

Presumably you mean UKCVAS and not 'VFS'??

If you scanned and uploaded it already before the biometric appointment, that is all you needed to do. UKCVAS do NOT take and keep original documents.
