HELP Needed - Settlement Visa for my children born in Sierra Leone, before July 2006

Hi all,
I need some help with my issue. Further you will find a brief explanation of the main circumstances :
- I am a British Citizen now since 2006.
- I am the father of one daughter and a son, who live in Sierra Leon and were born there. The daughter was born on 2002 and son was born 1997.
- I was not married to the mother by the time they were born.
- The mother has the willingness to allow my children to come and live with me.

Please I may need some immigration advice, as I want to bring my children live with me here in UK. What solution do I have? Under what Visa route can I bring my children here with me?

Your son doesn't qualify as he is over 18.

When does your daughter turn 18?

Without proof of sole responsibility, unlikely you can bring the daughter.

If you need the other parents permission, then you do not have sole responsibility.

Also, are you named on the birth certificates that were issued at birth?

Note again that your son is an adult so cannot benefit from a visa as a dependent on you.
