I am on Tier 1 enterprenure Extention visa, going to expire on 06.08.2020. I am applying my dependent visa for my kids and my wife from out of UK on 24.01.2020 that is arrount 6month and 12 days before my visa expire. ( I am waiting for 90 days to complete for maintennance funds)
1-My Question is, is it still ok to apply for my dependents as visa will be alomost 6 months left. are there any other risks?
==> It is ok. Can't imagine there are any risks. Of course, the visa will only be granted until the expiry date of your visa.
2- Is there any other way I can apply before to keep it safe.
3- I have some money in NS&I as purchased bond but I think i can not add that statment for evidence of maintenence funds. ( if it can be accepted I can apply earlier)
4- Can You guide me should I submit application before and get appointment of 24th Jan 2020, and my wife and kids go to Visa center with all documents.
Not sure what you want here
4- Should I apply in two occasion wife and one child on 11-01-2020 ( as for two people on this date have sufficient maintenance funds) and for two children later after couple of days ( or after approval of wife and first child visa.( or it is not not allowed as those fund shown for two people will be showen again for other two children)
( if it is possible then is it risk can they ask why 2 kids did not apply with mother or other risk please ?)
It is definitely not allowed to use the same maintenance fund for different people. If they are only planning to travel together anyway, why would you want to apply separately. But there is no problem if that is what you want to do
I am very gratful for your all help and guidance you provided me every time I needed.
Thankyou again

You only need the maintenance fund for your dependants, not for yourselfQSDanik wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2019 10:42 amThankyou Marcnath,
Just want to ask I am trying to maintain maintenance fund for 90 days.
do I need to maintain only for my dependents £630 for each member as I am only applying for their visa from out of UK.
As I am not applying for my self so do i still need to show additional £945 as for my self.
Thankyou regards

2. You already have the answer - it is 90 days from date of application, not from date of biometricsQSDanik wrote: ↑Tue Nov 26, 2019 3:14 pmHello Seniors

2- 90 day maintenence Fund rule : is it 90 day back from the date of application /fee submitted
or
is it ok if 90 days complete at the day of biometerice/appointment date.
