Hi Gurus - what is the process and documents require to apply for passport after MN1 registration?

Q1. Can they apply for the passport as soon as they get the certificate? / is there a ceremony?
Q2. To apply from the UK, do the kids have to be physically in the UK to apply for the passport or can one of the parent/friend do the process for them?
Q3. Which documnets does Home Office require from us?
Q4 .Will any part of the passport application process requires their non-uk passport?
