Citizenship application for ILR holder Spouse of British Citizen

My daughter in law got married to my British Citizen son in Nov 2014, Got spouse visa in Dec 2014, and have perfectly subsisting marriage, and have a son recently, who is British Citizen, is applying for ILR in First week December 2019 after completing Five years in UK with all legal visas.

She will have to wait for one year for applying for British Citizenship?

Or she can apply immediately after obtaining ILR for British Citizenship?
