Naturalisation qualifying date

Wondering if one can use the date of ILR application to count 12 months e.g. date of ILR application made 1/03/2019 using super-priority service, received complex issues email, received positive ILR outcome on 15/04/2019. So is it possible to apply for naturalisation on 01/03/2020 or it has to be 15/04/2020?

Short answer no.

6 weeks for approval is not a long and protracted timeframe.

You have to wait till you have held 12 months on ilr since ilr approval.
