Please share successful ILR to BRP time frame

Anyone had successfully transfer ILR to BRP ? I was advice it take 8 weeks. Then now told it takes 6 months but want to know in reality does it take that long or could it take longer?

My case
Online application submitted : 5th sept 2019
Biometric taken: 9th sept 2019.
Still waiting. No email or any acknowledgment

Due to travel Feb 2020. Not sure will I make it now.
