Hello , Please could someone guide me and tell me accurately the right answer to this .

I’m due to apply for my ILR Next year on the basis of long term (10 years ) .

Please tell me what the rule is in regards to absence .

How many days am I allowed to stay outside in total ?

How many in the last 12 months?

Please I need the right answer to these question .

How many days am I allowed to stay outside in total ?

No more than 540 days in the whole 10 years and no single absence of 180 days or more in one go.

How many in the last 12 months?

There is no such restriction. This last 12 months absence limit applies to British citizenship, not ILR!!

Can you ask your questions in your own topic you already have as ILR LR is a completely different set of rules and requirements to PBS dependents applying for ILR!!!
