Tier 2 dependent visa application submission date outside UK

Hi,
I am planning to apply for Tier 2 dependent visa for my wife to-be. Can I submit her application 1 week before my marriage date as prospectively?
*****For instance, if I am to get married on 31/01/2019, can I submit online application form on 20/01/2019, pay the fee online and choose 03/02/2019 to submit her biometric information. Is this PROSPECTIVE selection of date allowed, safe, legal and valid?*****

No as you cannot declare you are married in the form where it asks when you are not yet married. Apply once you are and have the marriage certificate.

Hi all,

As a dependent Tier 2 visa application to be made my my wife after marriage in India, should she provide TB clearance certificate? I remember when I applied for Tier 2 General visa in Chennai, India I had to get my X-ray to get TB clearance!
Please, if anyone knows about this please reply!

As a Tier 2 dependent applying from India, does she have to show maintenance in her bank account?
Or as my dependent can I show my bank statement in UK to provide this evidence?
I had a look in the guidance, but couldn't establish the information.
Can anyone answer this and if possible provide the exact page and point mentioned in the Tier 2 guidance!

Does my dependent have to clear IELTS under English language requirement?
Also Financial requirement as I am reading in gov.uk a belo:

"Financial requirements
E-ECP.3.1. The applicant must provide specified evidence, from the sources listed in paragraph E-ECP.3.2., of-

(a) a specified gross annual income of at least-
(i) £18,600;
(ii) an additional £3,800 for the first child; and
(iii) an additional £2,400 for each additional child; alone or in combination with
(b) specified savings of-
(i) £16,000; and
(ii) additional savings of an amount equivalent to 2.5 times the amount which is the difference between the gross annual income from the sources listed in paragraph E-ECP.3.2.(a)-(d) and the total amount required under paragraph E-ECP.3.1.(a); or
(c) the requirements in paragraph E-ECP.3.3. being met."

Should she provide proof of gross annual income of £18,600? and savings of £16,000?
Is this true?

Why are you reading the Spouse Settlement Appendix FM requirements??? It is NOT relevant to you if you hold a tier 2 general visa. It is a completely different visa category and rules to a Tier 2 Dependent visa!!

No and neither meet a minimum annual salary requirement. You only need 90 days maintenance fund if not certified by sponsor.

I am living in the U.K and she will aplly from outside as tier 2 dependent. My CoS was issued inside UK 7 months back and my employer is an A rated sponsor. I am not sure about this but, I am living in the U.K and working, but does she still have to submit evidence for maintenance requirement? When my CoS was issued, which was months ago, they did not certify to provide support for 1st month as maintenance for me and as an A rated sponsor, I did not have to still provide my bank statements, that is what the online submission information said. (It happened thrice within the UK; once on Tier 2 extension and on new Tier 2 under new employer). for my dependent how does this work??

You need to provide bank statements showing £630 maintenance funds as far as I understand.

Hi all,
When I applied for my tier 2 under change of employment, my job was not under shortage of occupation list. However, Occupational Therapy was recently added (2 months ago) in SOL list. Does it mean my partner can apply on my CoS with this new change under the “job in the current list of SOL”?
