Hi, me and my wife are applying for the spouse visa in the UK, she is from Thailand. I'm listing myself as her sponsor, my gross pay per year is £19,239 but the problem is the NET amount I get paid weekly is £300 into my bank account and £20 cash.
I have 6 months payslips with the companies name on them, my P60 and a signed letter from my employer explaining that I get paid part cash. The problem is on my bank statement it only shows £300 Net pay per week but each deposit states "Part Wage" on the printed statement.
Would this be sufficient evidence? or is it better to just get paid the full amount into my account and wait 6 months to get the bank statements? Or even if I got just 1 month with the full amount into my bank?
We already got rejected once before because we only supplied 1 months pay-slip and my P60 and I didn't get an explanation from my employer, so we're being extra cautious this time.. however the thought of waiting 6 more months after waiting so long already seems brutal..
Any help is greatly appreciated
