Can my finance invite me to UK

My finance working in a Hospital in UK with a licence on a work permit and will do her MD here in UK too. Can she invite me and my mum to UK? She doesn't have UK citizenship nor EU member. She is Pakistan's national. she has good income working as a doctor her in UK. She wants to do her speciality too in UK. What are the chances of me and mum can get reunited with her in UK, the time line and will she get permanent visa or citizenship?

Are you asking about a visitor visa or to live in the UK?

What visa exactly does your fiance hold? Is it a Tier 2 General visa or another category?

Visitor visa question should be posted in the General Immigration sub forum as they are not relevant to Tier 2.

For an unmarried tier 2 dependent visa, you have to prove living together in a relationship akin to marriage for 2 years minimum and have substantial evidence of this in both names.

This 2 year requirement is not there if you are married.

Your fiance also cannot, under any circumstances, sponsor your mother for a tier 2 dependent visa, presuming your fiance holds a tier 2 visa.

Tier 2 visa holders can only sponsor their spouses or children, no other extended family is permitted.
