British Citizenship for New Born Baby

Post by cvs » Sat Nov 30, 2019 2:52 pm

Hi,
I'm currently on ILR (From 2016) and my wife is on Tier-1 dependent visa (Eligible for ILR from September 2019). We do have a daughter (Born 2015) who is now British Citizen (Switched from Indian). We blessed with baby boy on October 2019. I want to apply for his British citizenship.

My question is, do i need to apply directly British passport through Post office or do i need to apply MN1 form through Council ?

Thanks In Advance

Was the child born in the UK or abroad?
